Recommended Usage Cycle: Once every 3-4 days OR once a week
Per Application (per Body Part): 25g of Gel & 1 piece of Body Sheet Mask

The entire Gel is to be used for 1 treatment. Using anything less will affect the result.

Step 1: Cleanse the treatment area and dry thoroughly
Step 2: Apply Gel onto the treatment area
Step 3: Placed the Sheet Mask over the Gel and use plastic wrap to wrap the treatment area, then press firmly with both palm to create the bubbling effect (a prickly and heat sensation to skin surface that will subside when the mask is fully activated)
Step 4: Remove the Sheet Mask once the Sheet Mask is fully activated (no more bubbling effect), massage excess Gel onto the skin
Step 5: Cleanse the treatment area with water, follow with moisturizing body cream/ apply moisturizing body mask
